We are looking for smart and ambitious people who can start as an Operator and grow into regional industry leaders. Multiple positions are available.
Typical Workday of Alpha Platforms Professional Aerial Lift Operator
Our aerial lifts are truck-mounted. Our Operators drive our truck-mounted aerial lifts from our depot to the job site. They check and evaluate job site conditions and safely set up a lift (it takes 10-15 min). After the lift is set up – the Operator invites the work crew into the basket, gets in, and operates the lift from the basket all day, occasionally assisting the work crew with their tasks if needed. After completing the job, the Operator prepares the lift for travel and drives it back to the depot.
Helpful Skills
- Previous heavy equipment operator experience is a plus
- Crane operator license is a plus
What You Should Expect
- Different projects every day or week – we help professionals from a variety of industries get their height access work done safely! No two projects are alike!
- The perfect candidate will be ready to work flexible shifts with occasional travel (daily and weekly assignments)
- You will be trained and will become a trainer yourself – we started a new industry, so the opportunity for more responsibilities is yours to take!
Operators (Safety at Height PROs) are a team of safety freaks with a track record of zero accidents after thousands of projects!
- Must have a zero tolerance for safety violations.
- Must come ready to work outdoors No drugs, No alcohol, No exceptions.*We enforce a “one strike, and you're out” policy.
- Must speak/understand basic English (conversational level is preferred)
- Must have a clean commercial driver’s license CDL, minimum Class B
- Must appreciate discipline and be self-disciplined for safety reasons
- Must be neat and organized
- Must demonstrate attention to detail
- Must enjoy working with the equipment
Compensation Description
- $70,000-$110,000+ (depending on skills and experience level)
- Various performance bonuses
- Up to 10 paid sick days per year

Alpha Platforms USA, LLC - Apprentice/Flagger & Traffic Manager
AVAILABLE LOCATIONS: New York City; Washington, DC; Boston, MA; Philadelphia, PA; Orlando, FL and a 60-mile radius around each of these cities.
Who should apply?
You can start as a Flagger/Operator Apprentice and become a Professional Aerial Lift (MEWP) Operator in 1-3 months. Grow with our company: we are looking for smart and ambitious people who can start as Flaggers & Traffic Managers and grow into Boom Lift Operators and regional industry leaders. Multiple positions are available!
Typical Workday of Alpha Platforms Operator Apprentice / Flagger & Traffic Manager
Our aerial lifts are truck-mounted. Our Operators drive our truck-mounted aerial lifts from our depot to the job site. Your job requires assisting with traffic and pedestrian management and always being ready to assist the Operator if needed. After completing the job, the Operator prepares the lift for travel and drives it back to the depot. You help the Operator pack all safety-related equipment and drive back to the depot as a pilot car behind the lift.
What You Should Expect

- The perfect candidate will be ready to work flexible shifts with occasional travel (daily and weekly assignments).
- You will be trained to become an Operator and are expected to complete regular training to perform the Operator’s role within several months.
- Within a year of working with the company, you will become a trainer yourself – we started a new industry, and the opportunity for more responsibility is yours to embrace!

Alpha Platforms USA, LLC - Estimator / Territory Development and Sales Manager
AVAILABLE LOCATIONS: New York City; Washington, DC; Boston, MA; Philadelphia, PA; Orlando, FL and a 60-mile radius around each of these cities.
The Business Development Manager is the face of our company. They meet with Prospects and Customers on job sites, provide Estimates for upcoming jobs, and develop new business by approaching current Clients and Prospects within their assigned territory through researching, reaching out, networking, connecting, and ultimately selling!
General Responsibilities
- Daily Quotes/ Estimates, New Project Evaluations, including Job Site Safety Evaluations
- Represents the Company in front of Prospective Clients, Partners, and Industry Contacts
- Stay in close communication with:- the Customer Service Department on servicing current Clients- our Inside Sales Team and Marketing to generate new business and Marketing Assets
Daily Responsibilities
- When our Prospects send us an ESTIMATE REQUEST, your job is to meet with the Client at the proposed job location, discuss project details, prepare a Job Site Evaluation report, and create the Estimate.
- Present detailed information to Prospects about who we are, what we do, and how we are the solution to their problem.
- Establish personal relationships with all current and potential Clients and follow up regularly.
- On the day of a job, you must show up at the job site to ensure the job is completed as promised, and the Customer’s expectations are met.
- Create new business by upselling to existing Clients and closing Alpha-provided Prospects as well as self-generated leads.
- Work closely with the Inside Sales Team on approaching new Customers to build your sales pipeline.

- Earn $65,000 - $130,000+ (depending on skills and experience level)
- Base + Commission

Our custom-made truck-mounted boom lifts are German engineering marvels. They require the best possible maintenance as we lift people to extreme heights. All Alpha lifts must be regularly maintained to always be 100% safe and reliable.
In 2012, Alpha Platforms started a new industry – professional height access. Now, we are growing and looking for motivated members to join our great team! We are looking for people with electronics and mechanical skills and experience to become an essential part of Alpha Platforms’ success and growth. We provide all additional training, including training at the manufacturer’s facilities in Germany for the right candidate.
Requirements
- Conversational English required

Educational Requirements:
- Mechanical Engineering Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or
- Technical School mechanical/ electronics diploma or equivalent, AND
- Must be able to read and understand crane electronics CAN bus charts
Work Experience:
- Hydraulic equipment repair experience, or
- Equipment mechanic experience
- Must be able to easily climb up and down a boom lift and under vehicles
- Must be ready to work outdoors
- Must appreciate discipline and be self-disciplined
- Must demonstrate attention to detail
- Must enjoy working with the equipment
- Must be neat and organized
